What Is CrossFit?

Constantly varied functional movements: This means performing a wide range of exercises that mimic real-life movements, such as squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, and burpees, rather than isolated exercises like bicep curls or triceps extensions.

Performed at high intensity: CrossFit workouts are designed to be challenging and demanding, pushing individuals to work at high intensities relative to the athlete to improve their fitness.

Functional fitness: CrossFit focuses on developing functional strength, endurance, and mobility, which can be applied to everyday life and various sports.

SCALABLE WORKOUTS

CrossFit is for anyone!

 Daily workouts are scalable to

meet ALL fitness levels.

AWESOME COMMUNITY

Our members range in age from 13 years old to 75 years old. We are a community of people who strive for a healthier lifestyle, and we have fun doing it!

COACH LED

All classes are coach led and programmed for you! All you have to do is show  up ready to sweat.

In July 2021 I walked into this gym without knowing a single person and without ANY CrossFit experience. All I knew was that I wanted something different, something that a normal gym couldn’t offer me, and I was willing to go out on a limb to find it. So, if you’re unsure about CrossFit, or are apprehensive about trying a new gym in general, I would highly recommend stopping in for a class or two! The coaching staff do a phenomenal job of introducing you to CrossFit terminology, demonstrating proper form, and breaking down the movements to help you build strength and mobility, while also preventing injury.
